Welcome to your HKC SW-1070 alarm system user guide. This manual will help you understand how to use your alarm system day-to-day, including how to arm and disarm the system, manage user codes, and handle special situations.

Important Information
Whilst this system has been designed to the highest standards it does not offer guaranteed protection against burglary or fire. Any alarm system is subject to compromise or failure to perform for a variety of reasons. Therefore, good installation practices and regular maintenance are essential. It is recommended that regular maintenance inspections be carried out at not less than 12 monthly intervals to ensure continuous satisfactory operation of the system.
The transmission of text messages depends on the SMS service provider. HKC Ltd. cannot guarantee successful messaging. Messages which remain undelivered when the validity period expires are discarded. The validity period is the time the message is submitted plus 12 hours.
